A few days ago we flew out of LHR T3 in a SQ 747 to SYD, so as close as one can go to being on A380 (wishing we'd been bumped like some others are in March/April)...

No upper deck climb... like everywhere else, we dawdled down to the lower corridor A, then upstairs to our upper deck seats.
