Yep, priority tags simply don't mean anything domestically - just ask any UA baggage supervisor or handler.

H2O Plus is a separate company, but they are the current provider of the amenity kits including premium cabin and Arrivals stuff. Seems more popular in Asian countries. I do like their products even though I don't usually like spending money on that sort of thing, but definitely agree that even a splurge on travel items at H2O Plus would be difficult to reach $85.

Yes, just ask for one. Last time UX/Mesa lost my bags, they gave me one but only upon request (and it was a much cheaper one than UA mainline).
