I've never been in the LH/SK lounge in B, but the RCC is fairly good as RCCs go (take that for what it is worth).

One issue is that to visit the RCC in A you'll need to clear security. Then to get to B terminal you will need to exit security at A and re-screen at B. You're probably better off just going straight to the LH/SK lounge and only screening once.
