Me too, which is why I booked it. It's going to be hard to get any sleep. We have a connection on BA so now it is just a longer layover. If CO had cancelled CO32 instead, it might have created a big mess with those connecting through LHR. I'm not happy about the longer layover, but I would have been furious if I had to pay a change fee with BA to book a later flight.
I hope they keep CO5 because I like the later return flight, but I bet I'm going to end up on CO33 for the same reason. Ugh. I just hope we can keep our BF seats - we used miles to upgrade and I'm just afraid that we might lose the seats. We were able to keep them on the outbound.
I can't see how they could keep CO5. Unless they cancel CO33 and make it CO5 - the later flight. They can not put a 757 on the route. Maybe the suspension is short enough to avoid a problem with the slot?
