Just heard it from the CP desk when I asked about my screwed up involuntary reroute over Turkey Day through DCA. They had me going to PIT, then DCA and leaving me there when I needed to get back to RDU. The CP agent fixed it and was very gracious about it. She informed me about CLT-DCA when I said most of my business travel is to DC. Great service from the real CP desk.

Funny thing though, if you check flexible fares to DCA on the web, you get a message that you picked a city with no airport. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
