Damn, won't be at YEG until three days after this expires!

It usually takes two or three months from the date of filing and application to getting called for an interview. Once that's done, the card is issued...though with the new ones, they may have to be mailed from the main procssing centre. I am pretty sure they were able to print the old versions right at the interview.
