The A380 seems to be the sole aircraft at LHR that gets 2 jetways, one up one down - if there are no A380s is it not possible to aim the up one down and use it to allow double access to a 747?
Not sure it's possible to have a jetbridge upstairs on a 747 though, the way they open out I think they're just emergyency exits, I could be wrong though. But as everyone else says, two on the same aircraft, sure.
