NW miles generally post in about one week - if longer than two weeks I would call or send in receipt.

DL miles actually post on Onepass quicker than CO metal flight on Onepass. My experience with DL metal - posted the next day one Onepass. CO metal can take up to about 4 days to post on Onepass. NW longer - but usually about one week.
