Thanks a lot. You are right, I wasn't very careful and didn't notice it's PIK and not GLA. Oh, well.

I think it is still a good decision given the fact that this is the only direct flight from RIX, the price difference to other alternatives is 10 times or more for the dates we need. I have survived FR in Bremen (low fares run from a shed), HHN, STN, ORK and some other places. I think I'm gonna be all right. It's a pity there's no lounge, but oh well, I can live without it.

Is my understanding right, that the most convenient way to get to Glasgow city is by rail?

Glasgow Prestwick is the only airport in Scotland served by its own railway station which is accessible by a covered walkway to/from the airport.
How far is it from where the train stops to the Hilton Glasgow hotel
on 1 William Street?
