I just looked at the
Silver and
Gold Preferred benefits pages and noticed the following about the NAUs:
For SPs
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
North American Upgrades Four 800-mile North American upgrades for every 10,000 Preferred Miles flown. Plus, members will receive an additional six upgrades for each 20,000 Preferred Miles flown.
</font>
For GPs
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
North American Upgrades Eight 800-mile North American upgrades for every 10,000 Preferred Miles flown. Plus, members will receive an additional ten upgrades for each 20,000 Preferred Miles flown.
</font>
Is this a new benefit or a simple mistake (I thought it was an additional 2 upgrades per 20,000 Preferred Miles)?
