You get both triple status miles and triple destination miles. So, if you fly JNB-FRA-NRT-FRA-JNB in F on LH you will get 67296 status miles and 67296 destination miles (given your mileage numbers are correct). Status miles are for calculating your status, the destination miles you can spend on further flying. Your bonus miles will be the distance flown times 0.25, i.e. 22432 x 0,25= 5608 miles.
