I'm not sure if what I have from PH Zurich is the one that is the same as Vendome. What I can tell you is that I like the heavy vanilla and citrus scents. When I let somebody else smell it, they immediately noted patchouli, and once I heard that I REALLY noticed it and was turned off by that lingering note. I had a sister who almost bathed in patchouli and to me it's an obnoxious scent. If you have some of the BM bath/bar soap, you can really notice it.
