I wonder if your employee who knew everything had really full sideburns?

Yes we had problems at the same hotel.

Actually other than the overwhelmingly terrible experiences there were so many good things I can say about that hotel. They even impressed me. We reserved a water taxi for the day of check out. We were able to find a nice little hotel in Bologna on the spur of the moment but we had Doge's tour tickets. We were running late and were afraid we would miss everything because they would have to retrieve our luggage. Nope! We got in 3 minutes before our water taxi reservation and they had our luggage waiting! A minute later our water taxi arrived and off we went. That was impressive to see them on top of the situation.
