Am I supposed to get an email confirmation from Avis automatically whenever I make a reservation? I ask that because I've never gotten one that I can recall! But I always get email receipts upon returning the rental, so they obviously have the correct email address associated with my account, and email from Avis gets through to me in that case reliably.

Is there some setting somewhere for whether you want an email confirmation of a rental reservation? (I see stuff like "add ot Outlook calender" -- but I don't use Outlook! -- yet I don't see anything about "email this reservaiton".)
