Well I wouldn't even know how to be rude in this situation because I was in such a bad spot and didn't know how to proceed. What leg did I have to stand on? They were taking passports, our luggage was already in the hotel. points had been spent. They knew we had phoned ahead for permission. They knew we had been allowed to check in. We didn't know our options. Nothing was presented to us as a solution. All we could do it what they asked even though our obvious actions to do so were not enough.
Then after I was just to traumatized to even express anything to the manager.
And I find the entire thing unbelievable because who treats anyone like that? It just doesn't happen right? I mean really...what would be their agenda?
