I've always received email confirmation on my rentals booked online (my profile has my email addy listed). However, my 2 most recent ones didn't come through. On the first, my flight in CLE was canceled so I booked a car & caught the bus to the rental center. I figured since the reservation was for 3 mins from when I booked it, that could have been the reason.

However, early today I booked a 1-way car, but didn't get an email again. I've checked out my spam filter & it's not there either. The reservation is listed in my online profile, but I just like the security of have an email saved with the correct figures. Are any of you experiencing the same thing?
