I tried calling them yesterday on the number posted on their website to pose a few questions to the customer service department regarding this offer, but never was able to get through. Has anyone been able to successfully contact the customer service department?
I am curious to hear back from anyone that knows more about this whole discount code + miles situation, but am also unsure about how much attention I want to draw to the matter. Maybe different departments process the miles / order?
