Presumably you mean whether it qualifies at the intercontinental OW flight, in which case the answer is yes (any OW flight from outside Asia qualifies); however the Asia Pass must be purchased in the country of origin (UAE in your example). Does the Asia Pass book into L? In which case availability on specific dates might be an issue on some routes (making open dated much less attractive); though it looks like 2009 will be a high availability year.
