No, you have to stay in the concourse but, you will take on the trams from concourse A, B or T all the way to concourse E as international gates.

I knows where you can go downstairs to catch the trams from concourse A all the way to end of concourse E. When you will get off the trams then you will take upstairs to the concourse near Customs & Immigrations.
