How many of the Park Hyatt hotels now offer Blaise Mautin toiletries? How many different fragrances are there?
These are the ones I know:
- PH Vendome, Paris - orange, sandlewood, vanilla, patchouli
- PH Dubai, was same fragrance as Paris, now a custom formulation
- PH Moscow - same as Paris
- PH Zurich, had used PH Vendome fragrance, now has its own which has a citrus fragrance
- PH Istanbul - a light sandalwood/musk fragrance
Can anyone with a better nose than me describe the Vendome fragrance? I like it a lot, but can't determine its high lights.
Are there other hotels using BM? And if so, what fragrances?
Park Hyatts with signature scents that are not Blaise Mautin
- PH DC - switched from BM (a smoky cherry) to Le Labo in July 2010.
- PH Chicago - switching to Le Labo in Sept 2010; switched to DC BM fragrance from Davies Gate in 3/09
- PH Milan - Laura Tonnatto - I love it, but I do consider it a bit feminine. Since I'm a girl, that works, and it is my favorite.
- PH Buenos Aires - Caledonio. I wasn't taken with it.
- PH Sydney switched to Aesop from Vive - Sweet Fig & Olive
- PH Tokyo uses Aesop
- PH Seoul - Aesop
- PH Shanghai - Aromatherapy Associates
- PH Beijing - Acqua Kappa white moss
- PH Saigon - ComfortZone
- PH Canberra - Vive (Australian brand)
For me, the Blaise Mautin and Laura Tonnatto products add to the feeling of luxury when I stay at these hotels. I have a sense of anticipation when I return the hotel, not just because I love the property, but because I like these products.
