Fair enough, we were running on a tape based system back then (2000), but if contacts in the industry are to be believed, the digital era is still quite painful!
Technology is moving on apace....I had a demo yesterday of the call recording system installed at one of our facilities, which records in real-time the agents PC desktop alongside with the audio dialogue, so you can retrieve and watch the on-screen transactions too.
