I asked the ICC if they could play back recorded conversations today.

I took up the 4000 status point referral in December and got the points today. One of the referees was Mrs adl73x. We are taking a trip on TAP this Sunday and I wanted to lodge Mrs adl73x's DC number with her booking, but neither of us had been advised what the number was. Eventually got clear what I wanted, only to be asked for her DC number so that she could look it up. Explained again, this time was asked for Mrs adl73x's name, Date of Birth and Address. Eventually found the DC account, but then could not tell me the number as I was not Mrs. adl73x. Asked for DC to email Mrs adl73x at her registered contact email address with the number - no need to tell me anything. No, they couldn't do that either. All they would settle for was Mrs adl73x calling back and answering the same security questions I had just answered, and running through all of that again to find out her own Diamond Club number.

....and no they could not play back the recording of all that to save her the pain of re-explanation.
