How can I get BA to credit my miles owed

Hi,

I recently booked and flew a flight between LAX-LHR-LAX with the first leg in WT+ and the second leg in CW. I used MFU on the WT+ leg to CW. It appears I received the proper credit for the leg out 75 tier points (WT+) and miles but on the return leg my history shows the flight in I class but will no tier points or miles/cabin bonus credited.

I tried to file a claim online but this was not possible as apparently the system recognized the flight back and said miles already credited. I have rung BA twice now. Problem is the operators agree that i should be credited but have to send it to a back office to get approved. Apparently both times the back office people have "tracked" the flight with no changes. I think that since I used MFU on the first leg it may have confused the back office people. Anyway I am getting frustrated and wondering what I should do now. I have put in another claim with another operator (who again agrees I should get credit) but again it has been sent to the back office. I will be interested to see if anything happens.

I am taking my next flight in February in CW but need the tier points above to push me into Silver status. Any help would be grateful.

Thanks
