It's been a while since I've been in Newport News, but I can't think of any, other than perhaps something in the immediate vicinity of the shipyard.

Also, I don't know if Port Arthur Chinese Restaurant in Newport News is still open, but they always had very good food. Their address was 11137 Warwick Boulevard.
