Couldn't agree more, and the AVOD was great - walks all over the Qantas system. BUT it was difficult to get a cup of coffee out of them, especially if you wanted milk. And after the meal service, we never saw the FAs again on an 8.5 hour flight, so we always had to go behind the curtain, where they always gathered, to obtain drinks. Once we had to help them sort through their storage bins to find the drink. Both flights were exactly the same.
Last night/this morning, I had an excellent crew SCL(LIM)LAX on a 767. I could tell from the moment I walked onboard that the crew was going to be good. The main course was disappointing, but otherwise, everything made for a lovely flight, except my IFE was glitchy at times.
