I'd jump on that ANA F seat, they are very hard to come by and prob better than LH which I understand is quite an old seat product (but very good service and a great lounge in FRA). Just make sure you give yourself enough time to connect in FRA as if it's two tickets they won't accommodate you if you are delayed on the way to FRA
