On two occasions I have had wheels ripped off a bag during transport. On each occasion AC had them repaired without a problem. In fact all repairs I have had done over the years, have come back with my bag more sturdy than before the damage occurred, and always have taken no more than a week even though all repairs are now done in Toronto.
Bags get sent back to you via Fedex.
