As suggested previously.....go to the Grand Opening day at your local location. I went to the first location F&E ever opened in Glasell Park/Los Angeles. They give away free shopping bags, various coupons, and have Grand Opening bargains on certain products.

I would also suggest....Ask the associate who is stationed as the cashier assistant if they have any coupons for your next visit. I've had coupons handed to me just for asking.
