There are restrictions, but some like MPM or max # of segments are most easily found by calling the WP line.
I've definitely done some complicated award itineraries. Over the holidays I did SEA-EWR (stopover) -CDG-IST (destination) -SVO-PRG (<24 hour stopover) -CDG-SFO (<24 hour stopover) -SEA all in business for 100k miles.
