If you really don't want to go far, then the Intercontinental at the airport is directly across from International arrivals - max 2-3 minutes walk/trolley dash. I think I'm right in saying this is where BA and some others have their Arrivals Lounge facilities. It is also, in my opinion, one of the best airport hotels I've stayed at. The restaurant/bar is pretty decent too.
