Unable to view reservation online, rec'd error message
Due to travel plan changed, I tried to cancel reward nights booked at Old Sydney Holiday Inn and rebook with new dates.
However when I clicked View Reservation, it gave me the following message:
The reservation cannot be viewed via the Internet. Please call the hotel directly or your nearest reservation office.
Has anyone experienced this situation before?
I will call PC customer support tomorrow, but I am curious what might cause such error message, when the hotel is available for award booking when I try the dates.
EDIT:
I tried the search function but unable to turn up anything using various combo of key words.
Also, the points do not return to my account. The reservations simply cannot be viewed - 2 separate reward stays with one day in between. (originally planned to stay at the beach area for that middle day.)
