i agree - i have the same problem. I have still not received a refund for a flight they had cancelled (and were unable to rebook me into an alternative flight into because i was 'already checked in' - to the flight THEY cancelled). I ended up buying another one way ticket.
I phoned customer service, they had my record and told me an email address to email to. the email address did not work.
i went to their desk at the airport and was told to fill in a form, which i guess again went nowehere.
I tried everything a couple of times, phone, email etc, but i just cannot get through to someone who will help. they do owe me this refund and probably compensation. All i ask for is for is for them to refund the flight i paid for and they cancelled without rebooking. How can i get through to someone??
I fly every week UK to switzerland return on a flex business class ticket and as a result of the above i now fly BA only.
