I tend to mix and match my pronunciations:

SFO = Ess-foe
YEG = Edmonton
YMM = Yum
YZF = Yizzif
YVR = Yiver
YUL = Yule
YYZ = Toronto
LAX = L-A-X
JFK = J-F-K
EWR = Yoo-er
DCA = Reagan
ORD = Ord
YOW = Yow
