GS is effectively the equivalent of about a block and a half from Bond Street tube (less than five minutes). Bond Street isn't all that bad with luggage, but the connection at Green Park from the Picadilly to the Jubilee line involves some walking.

If you arrive anytime other than Sunday morning or late at night, the Bond St. shopping center escalator should be working, which means you can actually get to the street from the Jubilee line tube without a single stair. As indicated above, the change to the Jubilee line at Green Park from the Piccadilly line involves some definite walking, but there are 2 lifts so it can also be stair-free.
