BWI2* - thanks for your official perspective again. I have no problem with requiring fare class equivalence for changes (until I want to do it and can not!). But you also say 'invol' should have trumped this - yet it didn't.

Once again, we have example of agents losing track of reality and common sense and booking someone on an alternate carrier instead of just changing coterminal.
