Google searches of "Northwest Aerobics" and "Northwest Airobics" seem to indicate that it's the former rather than the latter, "Plane Aerobics" to be exact...

(BTW, FWIW, I really hate this video, esp. because it takes that much longer to get to the in-flight movie or for the IFE on the A330/744WBC to start up. But it always puts a smile on my face when I see other people following along...)
