I am not sure if it the point was made...you have to use your AA number and not your BA number. Once you do that, then you are on your way to EXP.

While they won't comp you EXP (the Emerald equivalent) a call to AA may result in a Platinum/Sapphire match or the offer to do a challenge to get to Platinum quicker. Check the stickies for more details.
