Indeed. The OP says that CX have issued the ticket. AA says that there is no ticket number. If there is no ticket number showing in the AA reservation then they cannot reissue; the reason why it is not there is irrelevent
The OP needs to speak to CX and get the ticket number propogated to AA; it is not an AA issue
