Our FA contract does not allow foreign national flight attendants.(Air Mike is under a different contract).Even if CO could hire Indian national cabin crews based in BOM/DEL at lower cost wouldn't lower your ticket price.

Answer me this. When we had 6 speakers on our NRT flights, our load factor was 84%.After 9/11 CO went down to 3 Japanese speakers and our load factor on those same flights(with less amenities) went up to 93-96%.So I presume that the majority of pax dont fly CO or most other airlines based on the # of speakers, how pretty the embossed napkins look or magazine choices, its all about the Benjamins( ask Jamal, the Slumdog). Our India flights are running very full without any speakers,so CO must be doing something right.
