thegeneral, and we're doing just that. With an unexpected outage like this, our first priority is to get the solution in progress. Our next step is to communicate it, and FlyerTalk is a great start. In parallel, we've pulled a list of every customer who attempted to make a change or refund and did not ultimately call us to take care of it. This is a very, very small list, and we'll be in contact with these customers within the next day.
