Clearly, it is from microwaving their shirts with the epaulets on them.

(the TSOs that read the IdeaFactory should get a chuckle out of that~)

Now, that is true, there. The pants are crap. Not only does the seam-stripe bunch up, but it also isn't held onto the fabric in a very sturdy manner. After a few more washes, the thing actually starts to rip apart off of the pant leg. The only reason it's there at all is to force the TSOs to use the VF Solutions pants, rather than going to Wal-Mart and buying a pair of Dockers™ to wear. About 80% of the HSV workforce did that, because those pants were just plain better than the crap they issued us. Still, nobody here in HSV has made any claims of irritation caused by the shirts themselves.

This is a problem because TSA workers are only given a limited allowance to buy uniforms.
$50, by the way, this year.
