The NZ seats are (IMO!!) somewhat better than the similar looking AC ones.... they are NOT the same seat!

The NZ seat becomes a bed by folding the seat back forward where it joins the ottoman.. the AC seat is more "conventional" and just reclines back and slides forward..... IIRC.

For me the AC seat feels narrower and "lumpier"...

Service/food/AVOD are - IME - better on NZ also....

Don't get me wrong... the AC seat is better than many of the alternatives!! It IS truly flat which makes up for a lot
