Something I just learned since they processed my eVIP this morning. I didn't see my sticker U/G request for my return, nor a place to request a sticker U/G.

When I called EXP desk, they said that was a new enhancement, and my U/G request is still in the computer. Once an elite member requests a sticker U/G, then the request no longer displays online, unless the flight # changes. Apparently a lot of non-elite pax saw the request box, and selected it, thinking they could U/G DFW-HNL, say, for 500 AA miles. Then when they tried to check in online or @ airport, they couldn't get back on the plane when Y was full.

I would rather see my U/G request displayed online every dang time I look at the res, to make sure it's still there.
