Define easier. If flying F then QF and BA are the easiest to earn status. If flying Y then AA is easiest for AA operated routes. Status earning on discounted fares is a lot harder than a few years ago and varies by 800% within Oneworld (so you'll have to research your route pattern for each plan if you are cutting it that close).
