EWR-SIN is operated by A345 with new C seats. Those flights are not available using partner miles. Neither are flights with new 77W or A380. Using AC miles, you can only redeem C seats operated by older 772, 744 or regional flights. Keep in mind that even SQ's own members need to pay double miles for those new aircraft.
