The reason I ask this is because I tried the lobster mashed potatoes at Mastro's in Beverly Hills a while back, and was slightly disappointed as the lobster meat was essentially just added to the top of the potatoes
Their menu description says, "Baked Campanelle pasta and fresh Lobster meat, tossed in a Mascarpone, Havarti and Grana Padano cream sauce, topped with Panko bread crumbs and grated white cheddar."
