By the way, what should I expect from AA in regards of service? Albeit its a short flight, on the outbound leg (in Y) I received not even a can of Coca Cola - instead I got a cup of ice and dribble of coke. Is this AA standard?

Maybe I'm expecting too much from Y (mainly a J traveller,) but the amount that was given, even a hamster would turn it's nose up!
