Yikes! I did ticket-by-mail with USPS First Class, and mailed it the day I made the reservation (12/31) for a 1/16 departure. The HNL res agent said that since it was outside the 2-week window, it would be fine. In the past, I think the most it's taken for me is about 9 days.
