Nope. None of the DC Westins have lounges, unless the recently-completed renovation of the WER to the Fairfax added a lounge...

Both the Westin Arlington Gateway and the Westin Alexandria have pretty good lounges, with hor d'ouerves in the afternoons/evenings.
