Ar some European airports, including MAD, staff had very obviously been re-trained at some point last year to tell all premium (Club/Silver/Gold) pax that it was not necessary for them to print a BP at the kiosks and that they could go straight to the Club desk. Whereas all other passengers were being firmly told they had to go to the kiosks first (and premium pax had been told this formerly).

Seems odd to have such a marked inconsistency between T5 and other European airports with kiosks.
